MEET CHEF DUSTIN
June 21 & 22
Dustin has been cooking for 25 years and is passionate about championing local producers. Along the way, he has taken on the task of carrying on the Trappiste cheese recipe, which has been made in Manitoba for over 100 years. He has spent time as a baker, worked as a butcher, and strives to find ways to showcase his passion on the plates he serves.
