Matty, owner of Prairie Kitchen Catering is a Custom Catering Company that Highlights prairie grown ingredients to bring smiles to the table, one bite at a time. Chef & Owner Matthew Neufeld received his red seal certification in 2011 from Red River College and since then has worked all over the world including 3 Michelin Starred restaurant and a yearlong masters course in Italy.
